The house was clean and comfortable. The inside had been remodeled and looked very clean. With the remodel, it doesn’t look like they fixed the foundation, the floor has high and low spots. The house was comfortable except the description on Expedia was misleading. It says 3 bedroom and sleeps 6. The house has 3 bedrooms and is priced in comparison with other 3 bedrooms, but it is only a 2 bedroom because the owners have converted one bedroom into their personal storage. We rented the house because I have a teenage boy and girl. They ended up having to share a room. Internet was super slow, one tv, and only a couch in the living room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked.

Convenient location to the weekend activity. More living room seating for a group more than 2-3 would be nice.

Great place to stay. It met all of our needs. Quiet neighborhood over-all. Communication with Dan was easy and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay and it's conveniently located near the fairgrounds. Property was very clean and check in was easy. I would highly recommend this for your next stay in Springfield.
