Avis

2 / 10

I cannot recommend this property based on my experience. The biggest issue was the communication. After I booked, I had several time-sensitive questions regarding the reservation, but the host did not respond for nearly two days. Receiving a response the day before my event, after I had already made plans and spent money based on this booking, created unnecessary stress and made it extremely difficult to make alternative arrangements. There was also confusion surrounding the property’s guest policies. Based on our conversations and the listing, I believed my reservation met the requirements. However, I later received conflicting information that made me feel as though the expectations and rules were not clearly communicated from the beginning. This left me feeling misled and uncertain about whether my reservation would even be honored. What was most disappointing was the lack of professionalism in how my concerns were handled. Rather than working toward a reasonable solution or acknowledging the confusion, I felt my concerns were dismissed. As someone who runs a business, I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but timely communication and respectful customer service should always be a priority.Overall, this experience caused significant stress leading up to my event and did not meet the level of service I expect from a VRBO host.

Outside was nice however I seen a few bugs still a nice property just Be ready to jump through hoops and answer 1000 questions before you stay.

Make sure you inquiry early about what your stay is for, and how many people will be there to avoid dealing with any additional rules or extra deposit and an unresponsive host when requesting a refund. Will never try to book with this host or company again, very bad experience. It will not even let me properly submit my review.

House was very spacious. Pool was freezing! Like cold to where we couldn’t use it. Only 1 small skillet so that was definitely an inconvenience. And the shower heads weren’t the best.
