A quaint cottage in Two Harbors, MN, a sweet Lake Superior town on the North Shore. Lagom Home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, a perfect home base for your North Shore adventures. Coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream and Castle Danger Brewery are all within walking distance. Your cozy getaway includes 3 bedrooms with fresh white linens and 2 bathrooms. Off of the primary bedroom is a newly renovated bathroom with a tub and shower. Sleep up to 6. Enjoy a spacious kitchen with a breakfast nook for your slow mornings. The living and dining room are bright and have ample seating for everyone to get comfortable. The dining table can expand to accommodate 6. Plenty of puzzles and games are provided. Full size washer and dryer are available to use. You’ll have access to the entire house and will be given a lockbox code to access a key to come and go. There are 2 off-street parking spaces. You can hit a lot of the North Shores hot spots within a 30 minute drive: Gooseberry Waterfalls, Black Beach, Split Rock Lighthouse, Tettegouche State Park, Palisade Head and Betty’s Pies.

Great stay! The house was perfect for hosting family and friends while in town for a family event. Jaclyn was a great host, she even made the home available a couple hours early for us on check in day.

Overall I’d probably give this property a 3.5 stars, so rounded up to 4. Biggest callout is that the only AC is one window unit that is in the closet of a bedroom. Plus to get to that bedroom you need to walk through another bedroom. So in order to even have those two bedrooms air conditioned, you need not only keep the closet door open but also the door between the two bedrooms, so you have to choose between privacy and keeping cool. Other than that, while I’m 6’4” tall, I don’t usually hit my head on the top of door frames when entering a room, but did so multiple times in every bathroom and bedroom here. So a callout for tall guys. Lastly on the downsides there is no bathroom on the main floor, so from the kitchen or living room you have to go to another floor.On the plus side, the location is very conveniently located in town and the unit has a nice living room for socializing.
