The property is a nice getaway

Everything was very clean. Vicky lives next door and is very responsive to messages. We had some problems with the pool heat, but she addressed the problems right away. Had a gas and charcoal grill and both were very clean. There are no top sheets on the beds and no wash cloths, so bring your own if you use these items. Location is very residential, but we found it was an hour from many of the things we wanted to do down in Fort Myers beach/Estero etc. Nothing is within walking distance. Had our adult children and teen grandchildren for part of our stay. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay again if we are looking in this area.

Was very impressed with house.

The check in process was very easy. Upon entering the home it was beautiful and clean. Ample space for everyone and the amout of outdoor seating was great. And the grill was great and we were happy to have it.
The pool was not heated when we got there, and then would only be heated for 8 hours per day starting the day after arrival. I would suggest to ask about that prior to arrival if you stay here.
There was plenty of cookwear, silverware and stuff like that. The dish washer was great to use as well. They have washer and dryer available.
The game room was a big selling point for us, and could have been better maintained. The darts were unusable. The pool cues were nearly unusable. The only thing without issue was the ping pong table. So we wish more up keep was done for these amenities.
All and all we loved the stay. The house size and cleanliness was great. Offered a lot, and in a great area close to grocery stores. We just had wished the pool was heated upon arrival and the game room was upkept a little better.
