This apartment is available for a minimum stay of one month under "Bail Mobilité" in accordance with French law (ELAN law / mobility lease framework).

- Professional assignment / job change
- Temporary assignment (seasonal workers, temporary needs)
- Studies (including graduate studies)
- Apprenticeship contract
- Internship
- Voluntary engagement as part of a civic service
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and all amenities during their stay.

Rue Sainte-Anne, famous for its excellent Asian cuisine and restaurants, is just a 5-minute walk away.
The area is perfect for soaking up the Parisian atmosphere, and we recommend taking a stroll through the surrounding streets for a relaxing day in the city.
Families can also enjoy easy access to Disneyland Paris via the direct RER A, available from Auber station, approximately a 10-minute walk away.
For a fun indoor activity, the large amusement arcade La Tête Dans Les Nuages is just across the boulevard.
Known as Les Grands Boulevards, this lively area offers plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, and entertainment for all ages.
For shopping lovers, Printemps, Galeries Lafayette, and Citadium are all within a 10-minute walk.

Check-in: standard check-in time after 3:00 PM.
As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:
A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 10 EUR per night,

* A refundable 500 EUR Security Deposit
If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:
💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.
✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.
🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.

I stayed for four months for my internship. The place is clean, has all the neccessary amenities needed (kitchen utensils, washing machine, etc), and quiet. It is also located in very central area, so close to many tourist attractions, metro stations (3 mins walk), and restaurants/pubs. Highly recommend!

Good location and the flat is fine however :
There was no water flow in the apartment and despite multiple feedback nothing was done to fix it or offer alternative solution. I end up changing appartment after 10 days of no action as I could not even wash my hair properly.
