This was our first time in 30a and boy did we pick a great location in the middle of all of the action. You can either walk to the community pool or beach (or take a short ride via tram to the beach). The condo had enough room for our family of five. I especially loved having my coffee on the balcony in the morning.Stacey was helpful and responded quickly to my questions!A few things to note:- Tents and wagons are not allowed on the beach. The condo does have chairs and an umbrella that you can use and the tram is helpful.- Bring cleaning supplies. I was looking for a broom while we were there because of the sand. There is a vacuum, but it wasn't that great. We also didn't have anything to spray down the countertops after cooking and eating. We only had 1 extra garbage bag for the entire week stay. So, just come with a few extra of these items. - Pay the money to rent bikes for the week! Parking is insane so if you can bike it- do that. Once we had a good spot at the condo, we didn't want to lose it.

Comfortable condo with a wonderful location steps away from Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Perfect for our family of four! Host was very friendly and responsive to our inquiries. We hope to stay again soon!

Great location! Can easily walk to Rosemary and Alys. Beach access was an easy walk, but very crowded! Condo was very quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. The restaurants in the village were very good and the candy store was a big hit!
