Recently renovated private one bedroom apartment on estate across street from beach with full kitchen, marble bathroom and open living room with beautiful views and outdoor shower. Located on the "Gold Coast" between Westport and Fairfield. A great getaway stocked with beach equipment, bikes and outdoor grill, quality sheets and towels, high speed Wifi, “smart” TVs. Minutes to train station, I-95, historic downtown Southport, great restaurants and world-class shopping. This is a wonderful hotel alternative!

Jeff was a great Host and came immediately to take care of the small problem we encountered. It was near our family, shopping and the beach but does require being able to climb stairs which is good exercise. We would rent again.

The property was lovely. It was easy to find, extremely convenient to Fairfield University (we were attending graduation) and was in a great location. Communication with Jeff was exemplary - he is extremely responsive and gracious. I would highly recommend Jeff and would definitely rent from him again if I were in the area.
