The relaxed seating area on the back deck is also a wonderful place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the tidal marsh and canal. The vibrant marsh-view is a nature lover's delight.

The private fenced-in salt water pool on the north side of the house will accommodate both sun-lovers and shade seekers. Enjoy the pool-side picnic table and a cushioned seating area under the deck. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
