À propos de cette location de vacances
Welcome to The Texas Sunshine Oasis, our Waco city escape! Geared towards families and friends with space to work, relax and rejuvenate inside and out. In a quiet neighborhood, but close to all things downtown. Big woodsy backyad with modern "Farmhouse-ish" interior.
Inside enjoy our piano, sunroom and garage game room.
Outdoors enjoy our pool, hot tub, large yard and playhouse.

Filled with trees and greenery, our yard is maintained weekly, but keeps a natural look. Our focus is fun, not fanciness. :) Leaves and sticks blow in with the wind, sometimes landing on furniture or paths, and grass may be a few inches tall between mowings, depending on weather or timing.

Loved our stay. Perfect location. Perfect back yard for kids. Perfect pool for everyone.

Host was very communicative and the backyard is truly an oasis. The large living area felt like home. Plenty of pool towels and bath towels. Loved having access to laundry. I will definitely book again. The only con was that the beds are very very firm. I found the kids bunk beds to be more comfortable!

Great communication with the host! We had such a great time celebrating my sister’s bachelorette!

The property was exactly as described. It was clean; the pool was great. It had everything we needed for our week stay. The neighborhood was quiet and is central to just about anything you would like to do. The hosts communicated promptly with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.
