The home sleeps 14 guests across three spacious levels and offers a rare combination of privacy, water access, and activities for all ages. WATERCRAFT RENTALS (MUST READ)

Boat and jet ski rentals are optional and handled separately. Rentals require:

- signed liability waiver
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to operate watercraft.
