8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
It was nice to have more space than a standard hotel. The one negative I'd say was that the air conditioning was not "central". It was located in the tv room and I like my bedroom super cold at night. The property had a lot of really established trees and felt very safe. We were close enough to NC State to drive there in a reasonable amount of time.

Stephen and Will’s property was perfect for our stay in Raleigh for orientation at NC State. The condo is exceptionally clean and comfortable. I really appreciated all the small touches, such as free & clear detergent. The location is convenient to campus, restaurants, and shopping. We’ll definitely be back!
