8 / 10Excellent·avr. 2026
The house is nice and worked for our stay. There are chairs missing from the table in the kitchen, so we were unable to all sit together. Also, not much in the way of usable items in the kitchen so we had to purchase cups for our drinks. The door to one of the bathrooms was very awkward and difficult to use.Overall, it's in a good location and a good, safe neighborhood. It is conveniently located only a half hour from USF, Busch Gardens, etc.

The pool was awesome. Host was responsive when we contacted him about heating the pool. Conveniently located a short drive to the beach, Busch gardens, the aquarium and the zoo. Definitely will be back

The property was really nice. The communication with Mark was easy. No problems or concerns. We enjoyed the house, the pool and pool table.

Check in process was simple. Host replies to messages quickly. Extra charge applies to heating the pool, gas for the grill Is not available. Ice maker Did not work. Master bathroom door did not close all the way. You will be asked to wash the dishes you use and to wash the towels you use. You will also be asked to take out the trash. Home is very dated but overall it was an okay stay.
