The condo is located on the 3rd Floor which adds to Privacy and less noise with wonderful views of the ocean across the street. There are stairs and no elevator access. We request that guests bring or rent bed linens, towels and personal hygiene items. This keeps our rental rates lower. Pillows and bedspreads are there!
