The spacious top floor bedroom suite includes a private bath with jetted tub, vaulted ceilings, windows overlooking the golf course and sound, and a private balcony. The other two floors host four additional bedrooms, each with a private bath. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi access throughout the house, and many embrace the panoramic sound and golf course views.

The large lower recreation and game room includes two additional twin beds (a day bed and trundle) and also features a Smart TV, Bluray/DVD Player, classic video game console, karaoke machine, board games, and library. Take advantage of not having to carry your groceries or luggage up stairs with the use of the elevator which provides entry to all levels.

Easy access to all sides of the island from this wonderful location: two grocery stores and many shops and restaurants are walking distance and adjacent to the Village while Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills and Manteo provide a huge selection of restaurants, activities, markets and shops. Other activities nearby include surfing, boogie boarding, kite surfing, hang gliding, fishing, kayaking, hiking, shopping, golf and tennis.

This home also offers Village Beach Club access to the oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, restaurant and bar (with poolside service), pickleball court and private beach access. Take your pick: only a 5 minute walk to the beach and Village Beach Club or over to the private dock and park on the Roanoke Sound.
