Georgetown is a cute little town. The property was a great place to enjoy the area. There was a musty smell in the condo but the owner provided an air filter machine. Property was very clean and we were comfortable. We hiked St. Mary’s glacier, rafted clear creek, saw moose on Guanella pass, and took in a concert at Red Rocks. Owner was very helpful with smart TV. Great place to stay

Absolutely loved staying here. We were right next to the creek which I enjoyed sitting by at all times of the day. Within walking distance to easy and moderate hiking trails. Also many other beautiful trails within driving range. Within walking distance to the brewery and convenience stores while staying just far enough away to remain quiet from the downtown area. Highly recommend checking out the Guenalla pass as it is a stunning drive with hiking trails and campsites close by. Great price for the location, looking forward to staying here in the future
