This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the 6th floor and offers approximately 1,475 square feet of comfortable living space, along with a 30-foot private balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and faces the beach, allowing you to enjoy stunning views right from your room. The guest bedroom includes two double beds, providing plenty of space for family or guests. The living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and a recliner for added comfort. The unit is equipped with two TVs and high-speed internet access. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances for cooking and entertaining. For added convenience, there is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

We had a wonderful time at Surf Dweller. The place was clean, well equipped and all around homey.Right on the beach with a wonderful view and close to all attractions. All in all, a wonderful stay and for sure we will stay there again during our next visit.

Upon entering, there was a musty smell. Could use some updated appliances/furnishings. Seemed clean enough when we unpacked midday. Then we returned from supper that night, turned on the lights and roaches were all over the kitchen! Very sickening. And that’s very upsetting because the location is great. Beach access is awesome as well. I did send an email to the rental company inquiring about a few concerns (no paper towels or dish soap provided) and they never responded. Not having the items was not a big deal, would have just like to have known before arrival.
