Newly renovated 3 BR/ 3.5 BA townhome one block from the beach. Open floor plan on the main. Multiple decks offer views of the beach and the canal. Townhome is on the canal with a dedicated boat slip, perfect for fishermen. This townhome is beachside, steps from the beach, so you do not have to cross Hwy 98 to get to the crystal white sands of the beach. Sleeps 9. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom, with a half bath on the main living level. Come see what the Forgotten Coast is like!

First time staying at Mexico Beach and our stay at this beach house was great! Marni responded in a timely fashion. The walk to the beach was easy and close. Beach house was beautiful and had everything we needed! Would stay here again!!

Such a nice house close to the beach and on the canal. The house is so beautiful and comfortable! Very nice equipped kitchen and spacious! A lot of things I brought from home were already provided. The beds were comfortable as well. Would love to stay here again.

Nice place, just as advertised. Stocked well and feels like home. Front porch stairs are slicker than owl s**t when wet. Took a nice fall on day 1 and dislocated my shoulder.
