Per HOA requirements, garage clearance is limited to vehicles no taller than 72 inches. Vehicle height must be provided prior to arrival. Grills may only be used on the ground level and must be positioned at least 10 feet from the building. Grills, hibachi, and open flame cooking devices are not permitted on balconies or patios. Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials are provided for your first couple of nights. Free high-speed WiFi is included. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.

We had a wonderful time at the condo! Check-in was flawless, easy communication. We even got there a little bit early and had no issues getting into the condo to drop off our things and go straight to the beach. Super clean and updated, every amenity you could think of really! we didn’t need to bring anything. Just went to the grocery for our food, snacks and drinks. We were worried about towels, umbrellas, buggies to carry equipment because of the kids and everything we needed as a family, but all of the beach equipment was already there and provided. The pool was beautiful, super warm, but for some reason this time of year actually I think it was hotter than normal lol.Thank you guys for everything, we appreciate the hospitality and conveniences, can’t wait to return!

This property is absolutely beautiful. We come to Siesta Key every year and this property was the nicest and most convenient place we have stayed yet. We literally were so close to the beach entrance. There were issues with the refrigerator not cooling but Matt promptly responded. The part was expressed and the issue was resolved the next day. I highly recommend this property as a vacation spot.Thanks again Matt for all your help!
