Modern designed 2 floor villa with beautiful views. The villa is bright and spacious, consisting of a living room, two bedrooms, two baths, a dining room, kitchen and a large terrace with outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue.
Really comfortable, modern, functional house, with lovely outdoor but also inside dining area. Flat TV, international satellite TV, free wireless. Washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need to feel homelike. Villa Las Terrazas 12 has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom upstairs, the other bedroom has a ceiling fan.
Villa Terrazas 12 has a lovely pool to refresh and enjoy the views to the mountains and the golf club.
Pool Features
Rectangular style, poolside shower, stainless steel ladder to access the pool, 6 metres long, 2,5 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.
The services included in the price are:
Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

The villa was fantastic and just 20 minutes from the main town, making it both peaceful and convenient. It was perfect for families, with plenty of space to relax. The sea views were stunning, especially at sunset, which was truly amazing. We loved using the BBQ in the evenings, and the daily delivery of fresh bread was a lovely touch. A wonderful stay overall, we will definitely be back.
