Hi Everyone - I had a wonderful time at Winsan again this year, and would like to compliment your staff on their response to any request that I had. I enjoy the amenities in A216, it is clean, well-cared for and well stocked.

The unit was clean and had a 'fresh feel' to it, although had a lot of nik-nak clutter. The internet was glitchy much of the time. Sliding doors did not lock going out to the deck. And no hair dryer…just a heads up. The condo was clean, but worn. It will not deter us from returning, although getting a response from the booking team is challenging…still have not heard back regarding next year. The Win-San community is fun and the view and access to the beach is amazing.
