Very beautiful and comfortable family holiday flat near the beach on southern Lake Garda, in a newly built complex with pool and children's pool built in 2022. The flat is located between the centres of Sirmione and Desenzano, in the district of Rivoltella. The supermarket is directly behind the complex, so it is very convenient especially for guests travelling without a car. The flat is on the 2nd floor and is accessible by lift, it has a private garage in the building and 2 bedrooms. A double bedroom and a children's bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and a large living room with open panoramic kitchen overlooking the pool and the garden of the complex, dining niche and sofa corner. A beautiful furnished terrace invites you to relax.

Apartment was beautiful and well kept. However the description stated it had a hair dryer which it did not do this was unpleasant for three females, and no access to garage which was the main reason I picked this apartment. Communication to resolve this was poor and even after coming with keys they still did not allow access. Bees nest on balcony also restricted us from using this facility. Swimming pool was lovely temperature and quiet. Supermarket right across the road and Aldi 2 min drive. Should have more hangers in wardrobe for a family room. Overall we enjoyed our stay but garage access was disappointing and would expect compensation for having no access full 11 days.
