Completely renovated in 2020, we have:
- A large living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, combined fridge-freezer, microwave, espresso and classic coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) and the usual equipment
- 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), one of which is on the first floor, and another equipped as a nursery
Beds will be made on arrival, as well as towels in the bathrooms.
- 2 bathrooms, one of which is on the first floor
- 2 separate toilets (one on each floor)
- Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron
- 1 outdoor shower for the return from the beach
- A large terrace with outdoor lounge, dining table and barbecue overlooking the partly enclosed and south-facing garden

A shed will be at your disposal to store your beach belongings, bicycles...

The beach of Amiets is 100 m away, on foot, we are 300 m from the nautical center, a tennis court and a playground for children is 500m away.

A bread depot is 150m away and a grocery store. On Sunday mornings in summer a market is held 500m away. The centre of Cléder is 5 minutes away by car, with its shops and restaurants.

The house is located 15 minutes from Roscoff and the pier for the Ile de Batz, and 10 minutes from Saint Pol de Léon.

The rental is from Saturday to the following Saturday for the summer period...
