We were extremely happy with the place, beach and entertainment. Very close. The accommodations was very comfortable.

It’s an older property with the fan in the bathroom full of dust and detaching from the ceiling. Then the shower nozzles are also coming off the wall.
Otherwise it’s a decent property. Just could use some upgrades.

We love the unit and Island South, however the outdoor ceiling fan needs to be functional, it was broken and lying on the deck.

The condo is extremely outdated. The shower facet and glass doors are ready to fall off. The unit wasn’t that clean. My husband and I are landlords we own several Rental properties in the Tampa Bay Area and we keep them very maintained. It served the purpose for a short weekend however, I would not stay there again,
