Property was exactly as listed. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with anything you may need to make your own meals. Also well stocked with extras for snorkeling, boogie board la etc!! Great view for the Friday night Fireworks!! In suite laundry was awesome as well as the great deal on parking - cannot go wrong especially in Waikiki!!

A lot less crowded and easy parking. Great location and convenient. Will stay here again.

The lanai was under construction and had been since 5/13; we checked in 6/10. There was ample time to contact us to let us know that this very important part of the condo could not be used. That was not communicated to us. Todd did respond immediately about this saying he thought they were done with this unit; the warning posted in condo shows that all the work on the stack of lanais must be completed before any could be used (see attached photo). We had workers jack hammering outside the glass doors. Even when they weren’t working directly on this unit, the noise reverberated through the entire building. When all the construction is done this will be a very nice rental but we would have made other arrangements if we had been told of this on going construction.
