Luana Waikiki is ideally located at 2045 Kalakaua Avenue, offering guests a convenient stay near Fort DeRussy Park, Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. With so much within walking distance, this is a great option for guests who prefer to explore Waikiki without renting a car. Spend the morning walking through the park, relax on the beach, enjoy the warm Pacific waters, or take in beautiful views of Diamond Head before heading out to nearby shops and dining.
Located on the 10th floor, Unit 1011 is a comfortable studio featuring city and park views. The unit includes a queen bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable for couples, small families, or additional guests. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and mini refrigerator for added convenience during your stay. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind in the evening, or take in the surrounding Waikiki scenery.

-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, and silverware and simple cookware (coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)
NO PARKING. Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

This property was in a great location in the middle of Waikiki. Walking distance to the multitude of shopping centers, restaurants, and beach. The host was prompt when replying to messages. The room was clean, spacious, and included additional items you can use at your leisure such as beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board, and a cooler. The only downside to our stay is that because the room is booked through a 3rd party despite being in a hotel, room services weren’t available. Understandable as this is common with most VRBO properties, however being that we had quite a long stay it would’ve been nice to at least be able to have some sort of cleaning service with all the sand and dirt that’s easily trackable throughout the room. Aside from this, it was a wonderful spot with a lovely balcony view, perfect for my partner and I’s vacation. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere that offers convenience and leisure!

Dirty floor, we didn’t break anything - not a full set of cutlery and dishes, broken garbage can, taps in bathroom need to be updated. No cooktop. We had to check out at 1030 am but did not have a flight until 10 pm - we were not allowed to leave our luggage with the valet or use the pool while we waited as we were not hotel guests. Lobby coffee and apples and wine and cheese were for hotel guests only. I emailed the only alii beach rentals contact we were given twice and nobody responded. It said we would get quick response.
