Cà Giulia is an apartment located in a prime location that allows you to reach St. Mark’s Square in just a 5-minute walk and, at the same time, to take a boat to the Piazzale Roma terminal, the Lido, private taxis, and Alilaguna.
Located on the TOP floor of a building constructed in 1700, with NO elevator (72 stairs to reach it), it has a total area of approximately 65 square meters, featuring a large living room that doubles as a bedroom with a fireplace (NOT in working order, as open fires are prohibited in Venice), a kitchen-dining area with a beautiful terrace where you can dine in the summer, a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a Smart HD TV, a dressing room with a wardrobe and a safe, and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
Its "makeover" has just been completed: the living room features a sofa; the kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and microwave; the bedroom; and the utility area, which houses a washing machine, tables, and ironing equipment.
Of course, the apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
From the windows of the living room and the bedroom, you can see the domes of St. Mark’s Basilica and the Campanile, as well as the top of the Doge’s Palace. From the kitchen, you can see the domes of the Church of Saints John and Paul and San Zaccaria.
