Amazing location!!! Downtown Franklin, Tennessee and just ONE block from Main Street. The house is within walking distance to the Franklin Theatre, Public Square, downtown shopping district, lots of restaurants, etc. This historic 1930s home is has been fully renovated and expanded to create a three-bedroom, two-full bath retreat in historic Franklin. Locally owned an operated by Franklin natives!

The house was perfectly located near downtown Franklin, and it was very easy to get around from there. The home was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, and in excellent condition. It was very comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated throughout. We felt at home rather than in a rental property. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was our second stay here as a family with a young child and teenager. Perfect spot for everyone. Clean and cozy. Open layout with lots of space. Location can’t be beat!
