Deep Creek Lake State Park, which is just minutes away, shares this tranquil cove with the homes on Laurel Lane. You're not too far from winter skiing at the Wisp or their summer activities that include go-karts, a rope course, putt – putt, arcades, and a mountain coaster. At the home, you are sure to want to spend countless hours down at the beachside private clubhouse and patio (with refrigerator), lounging in the outdoor hot tub, sitting with friends and family on the covered deck, or picnicking on your private dock. Private Lake Front with dock slip on property with small boathouse. Note: The owner keeps their personal boat in 1 of the slips. A 2nd slip is available for renters. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Please Note: To access this home’s dock, you must pass under the State Park Bridge, which, due to height restrictions, is considered impassible by any vessel with a tower or Bimini top. Access with your own vessel is at your own risk; pontoon boats are not recommended. Due to this restriction, please note marinas in the area will not rent boats to this address as all of their vessels have a tower or Bimini top.

AFTER BOOKING: An email will be sent to the address provided during check-out; please check for action items needed to secure your reservation. The subject of this email will start with "URGENT: Complete Your Booking For"... and may be in your Promotional/Marketing folders depending on your email provider and settings.

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.
