♥The open-plan kitchen/living room is convivial thanks to its bar which serves as a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, dishes, glasses and wine glasses, decanter, various small appliances (toaster, juicer, electric mixer) and condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee, tea, herbal teas, sugar, etc.). A small bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe. The entrance also has a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower with a rain curtain, washing machine, and toilet. I provide towels, sheets (beds are made upon your arrival), shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, and iron. Ironing board, board games, books, etc… The apartment is relaxing, quiet, and completely soundproof; you won't hear the neighbors! You'll feel right at home! ⚠️ Quiet in the garden is mandatory. 🧹 A cleaning fee of €35 is charged for each stay. However, tenants must leave the apartment tidy: dishes washed and put away, trash taken out, and bed linen removed. ⚠️ An additional charge may be applied if these instructions are not followed.
