Amazing apartment located in the heart of Prague! Perfect for groups or families. You`ll love this apartment located on Wenceslas Square and walking distance to the main train station. Enjoy the best of Prague on foot, just 10 minutes to Old Town Square and 2 minutes from the Jubilee Synagogue! The apartment is surrounded by traditional Czech restaurants where you can try famous Czech Pilsner and guláš. You can also stop for a coffee in one of the many trendy international cafes. The apartment is 45 square meters featuring two bedrooms. One has a king bed with a TV and the other has a king bed with a sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for stay at home meals.

Secure valet parking is available at a nearby parking facility for an additional fee. Please note that parking is not located in the building and must be reserved separately in advance. Upon arrival at the parking garage, the parking staff will take over your vehicle and park it for you. The garage is monitored 24/7, and guests may access their vehicle at any time during the reservation period. We will provide reservation details and instructions after booking.

Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the emergency number provided. Guests are responsible for key-related issues.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.

15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
