The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, creating a restful sanctuary after a day of beachcombing, biking, or exploring the island. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third offers two twin beds, providing flexible accommodations for guests of all ages. Both full bathrooms feature walk-in showers with modern finishes, offering comfort and convenience for everyone in your group. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space for guests.
The bright and airy living area is tiled throughout and offers a relaxed space to unwind, complete with a TV and DVD player for entertainment. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the home, keeping you connected during your stay.
A fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and all major appliances makes meal preparation simple—whether you're packing a beach picnic or preparing a family dinner. A washer and dryer are also included, allowing for a stress-free extended stay.

We enjoyed our stay. First 14ish hours were hot. Got there at check in and every blind was open and every light on. 96 degrees outside 78 degrees on main level and upward of 88 in the loft/3rd bedroom level. Closed all blinds and turned off all lights. Gave it almost 2 hours and temp didn’t budge. Contacted the Signal Inn # and they had to s try different things. Got it down to 76 on main level. Worked with the leasing companies text line and by 8 pm was told, “if it doesn’t cool by morning let us know”. So needless to say it was very warmSleeping until early morning hours. Wouldn’t have been as bad if we hadn’t had a family member that has COPD and is on oxygen . Warmth makes it harder to breath when sleeping. No contact the next morning to check on things. FinallY texted them and just said it was cooling and recommended they have cleaning crew close all the blinds and turned off off lights. Everything else was great. Only other thing I would say is texting the checkout instructions the day before you are supposed to leave at 5:30 AM was annoying.

We really enjoyed our stay at Signal Inn!
The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The screened porch and rooftop area were perfect for relaxing, and it was just a short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus too. It felt like a quiet, easy place to unwind, and we'd happily stay here again.

We loved the cozy, comfortable living space, it was perfect for relaxing after long days at the beach. The screened porch and rooftop area quickly became our go‑to spots for morning coffee and sunset drinks. It was so nice being just a short walk from the sand, and we appreciated having the pool and hot tub right there when we wanted a break from the sun. Everything felt clean, welcoming, and easy. This is exactly what we hoped for in a beach getaway.
