Welcome to our vacation rental, “Plaue Auszeit”!

Enjoy your stay at the Waldchaussee vacation complex in the state-recognized resort town of Zislow on the Mecklenburg Lake District! A paradise for water sports enthusiasts, anglers, and anyone seeking peace, nature, and relaxation.

Lake Plauer is located just about 150 meters from the apartment door. Explore Germany’s seventh-largest lake on peaceful walks between the forest and the water, or simply relax on the beach at the Waldchaussee vacation complex, which also features a boat dock. A mooring spot for boat owners can also be rented.
On the other side of the Waldchaussee vacation complex lies the Großer Pätschsee, which is about 250 meters away as the crow flies from the vacation apartment and can be reached on foot in under 10 minutes. Here, you’ll be surprised by the water quality and the “forest spirits” for which Zislow is famous.

There are plenty of tourist attractions in the Lake District. For example, the Bärenwald Müritz is easily accessible by bike from the vacation rental via a well-maintained path.
The town of Malchow, just 10 kilometers away, attracts visitors with its famous swing bridge, regional and international restaurants, and numerous shopping options for your vacation stay.
The towns of Waren and Röbel on Lake Müritz are about a 30-minute drive away. You can reach the Hanseatic city of Rostock by car in about 50 minutes.

Our 2-room vacation rental is located on the first floor of a building with 5 residential units.
It features a large living room with a 55" smart TV and PS4, a wood-burning stove, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a pull-out sofa bed.
Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom, which features a 1.80-meter-wide double bed with comfortable pocket-spring mattresses, a TV with a DVD player, and a small restroom.
The bathroom features a shower and a top-loading washer.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a small chest freezer.
Outside the vacation rental, there is a gazebo with a table and 4 chairs. A gas grill invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings on the patio.
You can store your bicycles or SUPs in the lockable shed that belongs to the apartment.
A free parking space is available for your car right in the vacation complex. Electric cars can be charged on-site for a fee.

Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m., with the unit left clean and tidy.

Fishing licenses are available through me for anglers, and it’s also possible to rent a boat that doesn’t require a license.

A mooring for boats up to 8 meters in length and 2.5 meters in width costs €5 per night.
