Lovely one bedroom studio accommodation which is an annexe to Old Sefter School. Just a 5 minute drive to the beach and nature reserve with several pubs and takeaway options.
The Studio comprises of 1 bedroom with a king size bed, en suite shower room and a living/dining room with TV plus its own kitchenette. It is a short drive to the beautiful & historic walled city of Chichester. Please note this accommodation is available for up to 2 adult guests only - sorry we do not allow children or pets.

I can not rate this wonderful property enough. It was absolutely meticulous in detail . My husband and myself, would definitely book this fantastic property again without an qualms whatsoever. A big 'thank you ' to our wonderful hosts.

Lovely place, we stayed for 4 nights. Everything you could possibly imagine was in the Studio. Very comfortable bed as well.
