This central vacation home is steps away from entertainment, dining, spa, shopping, NHL-sized ice rink, Alpine Fitness, Valley Trails, BC's highest elevated golf course, Nordic, snowshoe, hiking & mountain bike trails.
The Space:
Welcome to this central, 521 sq. ft., one level alpine home!
Upon arrival, you will either enter a lobby or an underground parkade. Take the elevator to the third floor. You will enter a southeast facing open concept condo bathed in natural sunlight perfect for entertaining your family and friends! Featuring beautiful engineered hardwood floor and stylish updated tile in the entryway, kitchen and bathroom and a fireplace. The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances opens to the dining table seating four and living room. Relax and take in the view of Morrisey Mountain from the bedroom with a king-size bed. Enjoy the convenience of a shared 10-person hot tub, ski storage (requires locks), a tuning room and coin laundry on every floor.
Situated in a vibrant building that houses 5FortyCafé and Powder Hounds restaurant with German cuisine. You will have everything you need at your doorstep for an unforgettable alpine experience.
Ski-out: Ski down Main Street to arrive at Sundance and Sunburst chairlifts or cross the street and take the T-bar and ski to the Morrissey and Orient chairlifts.
Ski-in: Take the Sundance chairlift and go down the Rambler ski run, turn left just above the platter and you will see a sign “to hotels”. Or ski down either Sundance or Sunburst chairlifts and walk through the village.

Very clean and well maintained condo. Access to the mountain was great! Easy to get to restaurants, skiing, walking paths etc.

The accommodations were excellent. Comfortable, very well stocked and maintained. Cozy, perfect chalet. Super easy access to the hill, ski right through the village and at the end of the day ski right to your door. Literally ski in, ski out. Great restaurants right in the building. Loved the place, thanks Jason and Marcia!
