Overall, my stay was amazing and everything was exactly as i expected. The host communicated great and i have zero complaints regarding the host, nor the property. I was very happy i rented a tiny car (Kia Soul) because even that was a tight fit in the garage but it was worth it to have a dedicated garage spot. I am very happy that the host was transparent about how small the garage was. If not, i would have driven the SUV or truck and i wouldn't have been able to park. The only thing i didn't like, which was out of the host's control was having noisy neighbors. The neighbors did what seemed like jumped up and down every night around 10. Not the host's fault and this place still deserves a 5 stay. Having the massive porch on the boardwalk was different a massive Pro and i would absolutely stay here again.
