Great place, cozy well appointed house and close to CMU and downtown GJ.

Very nice clean place with great off street parking. It was 100 degrees outside but the house was very cool! Everything was great.

It is a very cute and simple place. It is an older house but very well maintained. A big yard gives you a buffer zone from the other houses. Very quiet neighborhood. Near the center of town. I hope to look forward to renting this home for my other visits to Grand Junction. Highly recommended.

The place was set up fine. There wasn’t a lot or room for 3 people.
