This is a lovely home. There are 3 Br and 3Ba on the main floor, and 2 Br and 1 Ba plus the loft area upstairs. Wonderful space. We had 9 adults and there was plenty of space. Beautiful outdoor space as well.Communication with the owner was quick and easy via the app. The check in was super easy. GPS will send you right to the front door, but the driveway comes in from another directions. Reading the directions from the owner makes it easy to find.We would certainly stay here again.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from UNC Asheville. This was a great home for our 9 family/friends staying at the house. We had a cookout following graduation and there was ample room for the celebration in the house (about 25 people). This home is about 3 miles from UNC Asheville and is a quick drive to the River Arts District and downtown. Great location with a lot of room.
