Lovely two story townhouse in Bayside at Bethany Lakes is beautifully furnished and ready for your vacation! The main living level is spacious and comfortable with a large dining area and living room with a TV (this is the only TV in the house that has a cable connection)and a wet bar. The kitchen shares space with a second, less formal eating area and a comfortable den with a large screen TV (with no cable connection). At the back of the house, overlooking a picturesque pond is an open deck and a screened porch. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a master suite with a king size bed and bathroom with a free standing shower and a garden tub. The second bedroom has a king size bed, also with an en-suite bath. The other two bedrooms share a large hall bath; one offers a king sized bed and the other offers 2 twins with trundle beds under each. There is a smart TV in every Bedroom but no cable connection. The community has a beautiful clubhouse with a game room and lounge overlooking White's Creek. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool. There are restaurants and grocery shopping within a half mile and the beach is only a five minute drive. Sleeping 10, this home offers everything you could need for a comfortable yet luxurious family vacation! No Pets.
For use of community amenities: $225 one time fee
Guest pays a $160 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS:  This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site.  After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company.  Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.  Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.  Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED.  Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
