Buses will take you directly to the city center or the surrounding mountains in just a 5-minute walk.

Parking your car is super easy: there’s a spot right in front of the house.

This nature-oriented 120 m² apartment is located on the first floor and is surrounded by a garden. It’s also a popular venue for energizing wellness seminars.

- a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, shampoos, and a hair dryer

- two separate restrooms

- a fully equipped kitchen
with a stove and oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher

The kitchen is equipped for preparing both cold and hot meals. You’ll find the necessary dishes, as well as pots, utensils, salt, pepper, oil, and spices, in the cabinets.
You can easily pick up groceries at the BILLA supermarket next door.

- The dining table seats 6 people and can be extended to seat 9 if needed.

- In the summer, the kitchen offers direct access to the garden. When the weather is nice, you can eat and drink outdoors with your loved ones!

In the 90 m² bedroom, you and your travel companions can sleep on comfortable mattresses. Everyone can choose their favorite spot in the spacious Powerspace room. Towels, extra pillows, and a cozy extra blanket are waiting for you on an armchair.

- The garden offers a chance to ground yourself and refresh on one of the benches surrounding the house.

Major public transit stops are within easy walking distance—just 5 to 10 minutes away. They’ll take you comfortably to the heart of downtown and quickly to any other destination you choose.

You can be right in front of the “Golden Roof” in 21 minutes, or in the middle of the forest or on the slopes in just as long!
