À propos de cette location de vacances
A peaceful getaway in the countryside, close to the sea
This charming vacation rental combines a natural setting with modern comforts. It is located in a detached building in a small village on Usedom—idyllically situated on the edge of the forest and yet only about 2 km from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. With 65 m² of living space and a spacious 3,000 m² garden, it offers ideal conditions for families or couples seeking relaxation. The apartment is on the first floor and is part of a well-maintained vacation complex with a playground, a lawn for sunbathing, and a barbecue area.
Modern amenities for a relaxing vacation
Inside, the apartment impresses with its stylish furnishings and well-thought-out layout: Two cozy bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Entertainment is provided by two TVs with international channels, a DVD and CD player, as well as games and books. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. Thanks to underfloor heating and high-quality flooring in the living and bedrooms, comfort is guaranteed even during the cooler months.
Ideal for families—with plenty of space to play and relax
A special highlight is the large garden with a gazebo, a barbecue area, and sun loungers—perfect for relaxing afternoons or social evenings. For children, there’s a playground, a trampoline, and a ping-pong table. Pets are also welcome by arrangement. Shopping options are about 1 km away, as is a lake. Good access to public transportation (train station 1.2 km away) and proximity to doctors and ATMs make this accommodation a comfortable vacation spot—even without a car.
Highlight
At home in Loddin, guests enjoy unspoiled nature: Three neighborhoods (Loddin, Kölpinsee, Stubbenfelde) offer fine sandy beaches, an idyllic harbor on the Achterwasser, and quaint thatched-roof cottages—all with a maritime flair. The cliffside trail to the Loddiner Höft delights visitors with stunning views, wild orchids, and Germany’s northernmost vineyard.
A loop trail around Lake Kölpinsee is perfect for walking, biking, or fishing—ideal for families and nature lovers. The dune promenade, complete with a multigenerational playground, ensures hours of relaxation.
