Welcome to Romar Lakes 103A, your cozy beachside retreat in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests, making it the perfect getaway for families or small groups.
Just a short walk across the street from the Gulf, you'll have easy access to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters that make Orange Beach a beloved vacation destination. Plus, you're within walking distance of local restaurants, shops, and attractions—everything you need for a laid-back coastal escape.
Inside the Condo:
• 🛏 Primary bedroom: King-size bed with a brand-new mattress & flat-screen TV
• 🛏 Second bedroom: Queen-size bed with a brand-new mattress
• 🛋 Living area: Queen-size sleeper sofa & large flat-screen TV
• Fully equipped kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, plus seating for 3 at the breakfast bar & 4 at the dining table
• Bathrooms:
o Primary bathroom features a walk-in shower
o Secondary bathroom includes a shower/tub combo—great for kids or a relaxing soak
• Work & Play: Enjoy a small desk for remote work, plus books, games, and more for family fun

The pics don’t do justice, this condo is even nicer than the listing shows and has a ton of space! The patio area was very relaxing and yes you 100% will see gators. The pool was nice and we never heard any neighbors. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. I never even made it to the check in location. The hosts reached out to me before arrival and sent everything needed via phone including door code.

We stayed here while in town for a soccer tournament and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The location was ideal—close to the beach and just a short distance from the fields, which made everything super convenient.The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. My husband and son especially enjoyed being able to fish in between games, and we all appreciated having access to the pool to relax and unwind.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!
