Great stay, just needs some love to the condo. Doors wouldn’t latch, they are installed backwards, shampoo, soap was out, stains on the bedding etc there was a cellular service block on the property entrance so I couldn’t pull up reservation details at the gate. Had to leave the property to get the details. Took about 20 minutes just to check in.

The room was a great size for a family. We had a toddler and an infant. Bathrooms were nice and big. Bedrooms were great. The only thing was room was on the third floor, so lots of stairs with a toddler and infant and all their traveling needs. Overall great stay.

unit is large and spacious but really we sprucing and cleanliness of carpet. My granddaughters feet were black. I have to come out of the shower and walking on the living room csrpet also the very first day. we called the front desk who are very nice and told them filtration system on the refrigerator did not work. They came to look at it and said they would order part that was a month ago we left today still never heard from the owner or management, and it never was fixed owner of the unit is looking to increase prices . I love Bahama Bay resort that was super crowded and we don’t do anything about people who save 14 chairs around the pool by 7 AM. We could go to the pool behind our building a whole month. They put towels on the chairs and you better not go near those chairs first time in four years, I’ve written negative review it’s not my nature but this time since he almost doubled the price also, I think people should know what they’re getting
