This apartment was ideal for us. In downtown St Pete it is near the pier and near my sister in old Northeast. Crescent Lake is a short walk. The weather was beautiful and our stay was terrific. The easy access off of 275 made it essy to get there and out to the beach.

I booked this trip in May of 2024, almost a year in advance. The listing is “Entire home, Uptown-Quiet Charming Central Historic Bungalow” Vinoy Park a 17 minute walk. We were attending a festival at Vinoy Park. The walk is not even close to 17 minutes.A few days before arrival, I was checking the reservation to verify the address. The listing now says “Quaint historic Upstairs Apartment in downtown St Pete”I immediately questioned the change in listing. I was told I was mistaken. However, I printed the page when I booked. I was not mistaken. While the property was just “OK” for an old house, it was not what I booked. There was also steep stairs to enter the “quaint apartment”. I have a bad knee. I would never have booked an apartment that could only be entered through a steep, narrow stairway. This should absolutely be noted on the property detail. We are two upper middle class couples that travel frequently and we would not have booked this listing if the property was honestly described.
