The home has since been enhanced with 4 more bedrooms, a bunkroom, and luxury bits throughout, and all 3 levels now feature spacious living areas with panoramic views from the Gulf to Little Lagoon.

Views from the Gulf to Little Lagoon fill the large living area on the main floor, where a 16-foot dining table seats a crowd. The spacious kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 ranges, 3 dishwashers, drip and Keurig coffee makers, a large island, and plenty of counter space, and its fully stocked cabinets make cooking for large groups easy. A wet bar nearby adds an undercounter ice maker, a beverage fridge, and more. This level also holds a large pantry and laundry area, a half bath, and the beachfront primary King bedroom, which opens directly onto the covered porch and has a handicap accessible bath with a double vanity and a separate tub and shower.

At the center of the middle floor is a large family room with extra seating and dining space, a wet bar with a beverage fridge and microwave, and access to the lagoon-view porch. Four bedrooms and a bunkroom surround it. 3 King bedrooms and one with a pair of Queens each have a private bath and direct access to the beachside porch, while the bunkroom has 2 XL Twin beds, lagoon views, and an adjoining hall bathroom. A laundry room completes this level.

Another large family room anchors the top floor, with its own wet bar (beverage fridge and microwave included) and a foosball table for game room fun. 5 more bedrooms finish out the sleeping space here. 3 King bedrooms and one with a pair of Queens open onto the beachfront porch, and a double Queen bedroom overlooks the lagoon. Every bedroom has a private bathroom, and a hall half bath and laundry room round out the floor.

Outside, beachfront porches run across every level, leading to a deck off the main floor with a private heatable pool and plenty of room for seating and outdoor dining. A beach walkover just off the deck leads to a private stretch of beach, with an outdoor shower waiting for the return trip. Under the house, a charcoal grill and beach chairs complete the setup.

Morning Breeze sits in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, 5.4 miles west of the intersection where Gulf Shores Parkway ends at Beach Boulevard.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
