This magnificent 140 m² apartment is located in the heart of Realejo, one of Granada’s most charming and historic neighbourhoods. Perfectly suited for families or groups, it offers generous space, comfort, and an unbeatable location for exploring the city on foot.
The apartment features:
- 4 double bedrooms: two with double beds and large wardrobes, and two with two single beds each.
- 2 full bathrooms with showers.
- A bright, spacious living room with a fully equipped dining area.
- A separate kitchen fully stocked with appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay.
Situated in a prestigious shopping area and surrounded by some of Granada’s best dining options, this apartment is the perfect base to enjoy all the charm and culture the city has to offer.
Please note: Access to the building’s lift requires climbing approximately two short flights of 5–6 steps.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

First of all, great location. Very walkable. Apartment clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Roberto (building concierge) was very helpful. Check-in process could have been better as we had to wait about 40 minutes for someone to show up with the keys.

We really enjoyed this spot. Great location and a short walk to the Alhambra, Old town, great restaurants. Very happy with the apartment overall. The cons were that the kitchen was not too well stocked and it was a little "tired" could have had a new coat of paint, etc But comfortable beds and we really enjoyed our overall stay here

Comfortable apartment strategically located near Isabel La Catolica in the very center of the city. You can easily walk to most of the sights. Totally recommended.

Too many things needed fixing….internet/ toaster kept tripping circuit/ toilet seats kept sliding off seat/ tv needs logging in/ no instructions in English anywhere/ plug and yes towel missing
