This renovated cottage sits in the Battery Point neighborhood on Wilmington Island, about 10 minutes from Downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from Tybee Island.
Three bedrooms: the Master Bedroom has a king bed and an attached full bathroom, Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and Guest Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds. A second full bathroom serves the rest of the home. All mattresses are 14 inch memory foam.
The kitchen has a butcher block countertop, breakfast bar seating for four, and a cafe style dining table. The backyard is open but not fenced.
Driveway parking for 2 cars, plus 1 additional spot on the street in front of the house.

You have access to the house, the backyard, the driveway, and one additional street parking spot in front of the house. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so please keep noise to a minimum. Parties and events need to be coordinated with the host first. Bug spray is recommended for the backyard.

The cottage is in the Battery Point neighborhood on Wilmington Island, a quiet residential area with friendly, respectful neighbors. Please respect posted speed limits and quiet hours.
Getting Around:
You will need a car or rideshare to get around, since the roadways here do not have sidewalks. Downtown Savannah is about 10 minutes away and Tybee Island is about 15 minutes away. A Publix grocery store is about 3 minutes from the house.
Other Things to Note:
Please treat the home, other guests, and the neighbors with care and respect. Check in instructions and your door code are sent through the app at noon on your arrival day.

We live close by and are reachable by app or phone any time. Self check-in, with your code and instructions sent by noon on arrival day. Park up to 2 cars in the driveway and 1 on the street. Dog friendly only, with a $50 per day per dog pet fee; ESAs also pay the pet fee.

Such a cute home!! Very clean and accessible. Highly recommend for families. Neighborhood central if you’re headed to the beach or even wanting to go see downtown Savannah!

Carlos was a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be perfect for our little vacation. I'd gladly rent this place again. Clean, not far from downtown, and my king size bed was very comforting.
