House was perfect for our family and would be great in a multi-family situation. About 15 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park. Plenty of space. Plenty of towels. Cute town. Would definitely stay again. Owner is quick to reply to questions before our stay.

We had 6 adults and 2 kids and this house was absolutely amazing. Large enough to fit everyone comfortably but still felt cozy. Fantastic location for trips to and from Dreams Park.

The house was exactly as described and just what all our families needed for our stay during Cooperstown week! House was clean and all was available that was shown in amenities. The only issue was the grill was pretty dirty that we had to clean it very thoroughly to use it and we could have use at least one big pot for cooking. Thanks for the hospitality, we would definitely recommend for families to stay.
