We enjoyed staying at this pleasant cottage in Carson. We were in town for a kid’s sports event and my family and I were very comfortable here.

We love this small, quaint house! This was a second time staying at this property while visiting Carson City. We love the location being so close to downtown and lots of large parks for our fur babies. The house is very clean and suitable for a small family. The neighbor is very quiet and we love spending time relaxing in the front gated yard. We definitely recommend and will definitely stay again soon!

A real "mixed bag" with this property. Outside and neighborhood were good. Inside, faced ants coming in on day one, called owner and she came and sprayed. Still a small issue but better. Some nice upgrades, but needs a thorough cleaning. Bed was poor, needs to be replaced ASAP. Not really designed for a longer use as many utensils, pots and pans were at a minimum. Some cabinets and drawers were useless due to design of kitchen.
