Self-catering cottage in a detached house, in an urban area.
Access is available from the front of the house or from the rear via a metal staircase.
All on the ground floor: living room (sofa bed) with a fully equipped kitchenette. One bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm). One bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm). Shower room (shower, sink, washing machine). Toilet.
Outside: Private parking. Basement for bicycle storage, with a foosball table. Enclosed private garden. Garden furniture.
Energy-efficient water heater and solar panels. Gas and electricity heating included. Guests with electric vehicles cannot plug in at the cottage; however, a charging station is located nearby.
