Whether you're planning a family vacation, friends' getaway, couples' retreat, or a work-from-the-mountains escape, our chalet has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
Spend your days exploring the North Georgia Mountains and your evenings relaxing in the private hot tub, challenging friends to a game of pool, or enjoying game night together in the game room. Sip your morning coffee on one of the large mountain-view decks, fire up the grill for dinner, and unwind while taking in the peaceful scenery.
Late summer and fall are some of the best times to visit Helen! Float the Chattahoochee River, hike to breathtaking waterfalls, tour local wineries and breweries, enjoy cool mountain evenings, and experience Helen's famous Oktoberfest and spectacular fall foliage.

Our Hilltop Hideout chalets are located at the top of a steep hill (that's how they got their name!). Walking into downtown Helen is certainly possible—our kids love the adventure—but the return trip is uphill, so please plan accordingly.

The house is exactly as described. Plenty of room for a family or group to spend time together and still have space. It’s tucked up on a hill with a view of the woods so you feel like you’re in the country but close enough to town you could walk if you can handle a pretty good hill. Karen is great to communicate with and available to help out if you need anything.

We really enjoyed our stay here, convenient and close to town. Our kids loved the pool table and the hot tub! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the beds were super comfortable we had enough space for everyone!
